“A” Grade MacBook Damage

I am writing you regarding a macbook pro i bought from you on newegg.com on August28. The machine arrived and is in working order but it is not “A” grade as advertised. Not the damage to it as listed below and that it had the wrong power supply included. It was alos a bit dirty and had stickers on it which needed to be cleaned off…

Problem #1

The laptop came with a 60 watt power supply and the 15″ Retina requires a 85 watt power supply.

Problem #2

The damage on the back hinge cover is significant and also very visible though it does not interfere with the operation of the hinge…

Problem #3 – Corner Damage

A dent on what is the front right corner when the laptop is closed. As you can see there is damage to both the lcd panel corner and the bottom case corner. The dent in the panel is visible when the laptop is open, the curve of the metal has compressed the outer black edge but the glass screen is not affected.
