Ingredients:
Loaf of Rhodes frozen bread dough
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
¼ cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 loaf of Rhodes frozen bread dough thawed in your refrigerator overnight. Butter the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and cover with plastic wrap
- In the morning, using kitchen shears, cut the load in pieces… First,
Cut the loaf in half
Cut each half into thirds
Cut each third into thirds again
Cut the thirds into half one last time – You should end up with 36 pieces to fill your still buttered 9 x 13 pan. - Mix:
1 cup brown sugar (packed), 1 table spoon white sugar, I tablespoon cinnamon and ¼ cup finely chopped pecans - In a separate shallow bowl melt ½ cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter
- Dip each dough piece in the butter and then roll it the sugar mixture. Place in a smaller 8×12
- Let rise for about an hour
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
