1 ½ cup peanut butter
½ cup vegan margarine
1 tablespoon flax meal
2 tablespoons water
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
COMBINE
• Mix flax meal & water – set aside
• Mix Peanut butter and margarine then add flax mixture
• Add brown sugar to peanut butter mix
• In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt
• Add to peanut butter mixture. The dough will be very crumbly, mix well
• Scoop out about a tablespoon, roll and form into a ball about the size of a walnut
• Press cookies down lightly with a fork in one direction only to flatten the cookie so it can bake thoroughly.
BAKE
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
